About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Abstract and input critical data into the contract management system
  • Manage onboarding for landlords and vendors, including documentation and ticketing system entry
  • Collaborate with departments to facilitate contract execution and address issues
  • Conduct monthly reviews, audits, and processing of contractual payment obligations
  • Oversee purchase order processing and payment requests, ensuring proper approvals
  • Resolve internal and external inquiries about payments, vendor onboarding, and contractual obligations
  • Monitor and act on critical dates for contract renewals and terminations
  • Perform administrative tasks and contribute to special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration / management or lease administration
  • Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or facilities management industries
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of lease or contract accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Smartsheet
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Tango software and Zendesk is preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
