About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end success of client relationships on the Azara analytics and insights platform
  • Manage technical project planning, management, and execution during onboarding and delivery
  • Manage solution deployment in cooperation with analysts, implementation specialists, engineers, and testers
  • Manage and report delivery risks and issues
  • Manage user acceptance testing and release plans
  • Manage communications with stakeholders, business transition teams, and business and IT management
  • Oversee application configuration and support while liaising with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
  • Advise and enable clients on Azara platform capabilities and evolving business needs
  • Monitor platform usage and adoption trends, identify at-risk or under-utilizing users, and drive enablement plans
  • Build and present value realization cases, demonstrate ROI, and identify use-case expansion opportunities
  • Maintain knowledge of product features and proactively enable clients on new capabilities
  • Ensure positive account and client sentiment throughout the relationship lifecycle
  • Support BAU processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities in analytics
  • Capture client feedback and enhancement requests for product and engineering teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven ability to navigate a large matrix organization
  • Self-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomously
  • Customer service focus
  • Consultative/advisory skill set — ability to translate platform data and capability into client value realization
  • IT project management with a concentration on software delivery management
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRE applications
  • Cross-functional team coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience driving product adoption, client enablement, or usage growth in a SaaS/analytics context
  • Knowledge of real estate industry preferred
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
