About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage complex fit-out and refurbishment projects, particularly tenant improvement projects focused on modern workplace environments
Assume end-to-end project responsibility across all project phases, from the initial concept through handover to the end user
Acquire projects through JLL’s existing network and independent market activities, in close coordination with the Head of Project & Development Services, Western Region
Advise predominantly international clients on technical, building-structural, and permitting-related matters
Support clients in making decisions regarding fit-out, workplace concepts, processes, and technical equipment
Manage and coordinate external project stakeholders, including architects, specialist consultants, and contractors
Ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets are met, while actively managing project risks
Continuously improve internal fit-out project management processes, standards, and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing complex fit-out, construction, or interior refurbishment projects, ideally in the office or commercial real estate sector
Ability to structure, manage, and successfully deliver projects from end to end
Leadership skills, with the ability to build, develop, and motivate teams
Excellent understanding of cost, schedule, and quality management in construction and fit-out projects
Confident client-facing manner, with strong communication and negotiation skills
Expertise in addressing technical, construction, and permitting-related matters
Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for business development, networking, and market growth
Structured, solution-oriented approach and a high degree of personal responsibility
Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
