About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring local policies and practices align with the Global HR strategy
- Anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative, sustainable root-cause solutions
- Enable exceptional employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, and promotions
- Contribute to an inclusive culture that celebrates employee diversity and promotes belonging
- Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results
- Manage employee relations situations and performance management in partnership with JLL’s Employee Relations team
- Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support
- Support assigned employee groups through business transitions, expansions, and stabilization
- Build trusted relationships with local employees and People Partners as the primary on-the-ground touchpoint
- Execute HR tasks and drive efficiencies across the employee lifecycle through effective touchpoints and handoffs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years experience in an HR partner role
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Leadership skills
- Skilled facilitator able to lead local and regional employee events and programs
- Strong team management skills and ability to effectively manage priorities
- Ability to adjust communication styles to varying situations to ensure an inclusive environment
- Passion for working with people across a variety of backgrounds
- Excellent organizational skills with a starter-finisher mentality and acute attention to detail
- Ability to adjust communication styles to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to cultivate robust and meaningful relationships as a trusted HR expert
- Appetite for exceeding expectations and creating wow within the business
