About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and deliver comprehensive training programs for technical and operations teams and clients
  • Design learning experiences covering technical competencies, customer service, safety protocols, operational best practices, and process frameworks
  • Create scalable training solutions for Work Order Management Systems and facility management operations across North America
  • Develop user guides, video tutorials, interactive e-learning modules, and hands-on workshop experiences
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training for new hires, existing employees, and clients
  • Assess organizational training needs and design customized programs to address gaps
  • Incorporate platform updates and software features into training content
  • Collaborate with internal teams and OEMs on system implementations, upgrades, safety, and operational excellence
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using participant feedback and performance metrics
  • Maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and best practices
  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues and contribute to training methodologies, content, and technology roadmaps

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, preferably in software, business operations, or technology-related fields
  • Knowledge of Corrigo or similar facility management software
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, accessible terms
  • Proficiency in creating training materials using Microsoft Office, Camtasia, Snag-It, Visio, Articulate 360, and e-learning authoring tools
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and learning management systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Willingness to travel for on-site training sessions as needed
  • Attention to detail with the ability to tailor training content for different geographies and languages (e.g., Canada)
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time annually
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Preferred: Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications)
  • Preferred: Experience in facilities management or related industries
  • Preferred: Familiarity with JLL operational frameworks and compliance standards
  • Preferred: Bilingual capabilities to support multilingual training delivery
