Key responsibilities & impact

Support end-to-end P2P product design strategy from concept through launch and iteration
Direct the design, modification, and evaluation of P2P solutions across billing, accounts receivable, and third-party integrations
Partner with Product Owners and Product Support to balance current-state support with forward design work
Build and maintain a performance framework for design quality, process efficiency, and business value
Present strategic roadmaps and investment cases to Finance Technology leadership and the P2P Steering Committee
Guide P2P enhancements including contract asset handling, credit note automation, and client onboarding
Streamline vendor management, invoice processing, expense processing, and settlement through digitization and agentic AI
Ensure designs support financial close, month-end reporting, cost assurance, regional regulations, and internal controls across 60+ countries
Research and propose GenAI use cases across P2P and build ROI-based business cases
Make and defend build-vs-buy decisions for AI and automation tooling
Extend agentic workflow design across procurement Spend Management and third-party banking integrations
Partner with Enterprise Data & AI teams on feasibility and AI governance
Apply audit and compliance principles, including SOX, to billing and revenue workflows
Maintain audit-ready design documentation and financial controls/audit trails
Participate in monthly P2P Steering Committee and quarterly CFT Portfolio Review governance forums

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in enterprise finance technology with deep Procure-to-Pay domain expertise
Deep functional expertise in P2P business processes, controls, and best practices, including three-way matching, approval workflows, supplier lifecycle management, and month-end close requirements
Strong understanding of financial close, month-end reporting, and revenue assurance processes in a global, multi-entity environment
Experience contributing to at least one global ERP rollout or large-scale finance transformation program
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior finance and technology stakeholders
Proven experience scoping, validating, and deploying AI/ML or automation use cases in finance operations
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and platforms preferred
Familiarity with agentic workflow frameworks preferred
Experience implementing AI solutions subject to financial controls and SOX requirements preferred
Working knowledge of cloud-based AI/data platform capabilities and enterprise integration patterns preferred
PeopleSoft or Oracle certification/accreditation preferred
Change management or transformation leadership experience preferred
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
