About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and deliver all engineering services across the EMEA portfolio
- Lead all technical aspects of facilities services and Hard Services delivery across regional sites
- Lead Hard Services management covering budgets, schedules, procurement, quality and risk, statutory compliance, and governance
- Develop and implement consistent maintenance management practices across sites
- Lead service partners and teams to drive performance and best practices
- Provide technical support for the client’s leased space
- Lead regional sourcing for technical products and services
- Support JLL and client business pursuits
- Manage the JLL Engineering Operations Audit program
- Deliver cost reduction and sustainability programs
- Use quantifiable, data-driven information from technology platforms to deliver improvement strategies
- Identify applicable energy management best practices and innovations with the EMEA Sustainability Manager
- Manage UK engineering budgets, forecasts, and financial-timetable compliance
- Lead the UK engineering function in support of client accreditations and certifications, including ISO50001 and ISO550001
- Build and maintain relationships with the client team, business partners, and cross-functional groups
- Manage internal and external SLAs and KPIs to meet or exceed contractual commitments
- Promote high levels of customer service and best practices
- Ensure business continuity plans maintain minimum service disruption
- Conduct risk assessments and follow health and safety protocols
- Perform other duties requested by the EMEA Account Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- Direct experience delivering technical Facilities Management services within a fast-paced, high-profile environment
- Experience in a similar role with the ability to lead and influence others, including virtual teams
- Track record managing Hard Services, preferably in both self-delivered and outsourced engineering services contracts
- Experience in financial management and budgeting, including identifying cost savings/avoidance
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relations and network at all levels
- Ability to audit own work
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
- Keen interest in technology
- Organized, efficient, and able to meet tight deadlines with a professional, service-focused approach
- Adaptable to varying requests and projects
- Technical and/or Authorised Person qualifications are preferred
