About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs and energy conservation practices
  • Assist the Chief Engineer / Deputy Chief Engineer in managing mechanical and electrical project scope, quality, and deliverables
  • Assist with facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services
  • Contribute to financial and other targets established by the Senior Facilities Manager
  • Achieve KPI and SLA targets
  • Support management of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance
  • Prepare critical spares lists and plan inventory
  • Implement and oversee pre-emptive maintenance programs
  • Review maintenance and service practices of M&E contractors
  • Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules
  • Manage downtime and breakdowns
  • Arrange ad-hoc M&E setups according to client requirements
  • Ensure contractors follow house rules and projects minimize client inconvenience
  • Assume AFM responsibilities when needed
  • Independently handle shifts and engineering-related matters
  • Report daily on M&E activities to the Chief Engineer
  • Generate service maintenance, inventory and purchasing, downtime, and breakdown incident reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate, preferably in Engineering
  • 3–4 years in the industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
