About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs and thorough weekly inspections to identify repairs or equipment malfunctions
  • Act as the site point of contact for outside vendors and coordinate on-site repairs or maintenance
  • Manage general cleaning, trash pickups, and new furniture installations
  • Complete required safety training
  • Stock food and drinks for the micro-kitchen, including a full weekly push and follow-up stocking
  • Coordinate badge access, including temporary and permanent badges
  • Manage P-Card spending, monitor budgeted versus ad-hoc spending with the AFM, and track/upload receipts
  • Participate in weekly 1-on-1s, site-lead communication calls, and daily team stand-ups
  • Manage DoorDash memberships and receive site-delivered meals
  • Create and maintain GUTS tickets for REWS and facility requests
  • Establish warehouse practices and protocols and manage inventory
  • Conduct monthly full inventory counts and bi-weekly limited-stock counts
  • Manage shipments according to maximum/minimum stock levels
  • Lead the 30-minute weekly site warehouse meeting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Must complete required safety training (approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour per month)
  • Ability to work the preferred schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am–1pm
  • Ability to perform warehouse inventory governance, audits, shipping and receiving oversight, and workflow problem resolution
  • Ability to manage vendor coordination, facilities upkeep, access control, financial administration, catering coordination, and GUTS ticketing
