About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and mentor a distributed team of facilities management and engineering professionals across client locations
- Ensure consistent service excellence, exceptional service delivery, and customer experiences across a distributed US site portfolio
- Serve as a strategic point of contact and primary regional interface for clients at client properties
- Oversee CMMS administration throughout the region
- Oversee facility condition inspections, building-system assessments, and accurate account financial records
- Partner with Account Directors to deliver integrated maintenance and repair services, workplace experience programs, succession planning, and client support
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against client expectations and contractual obligations
- Drive client satisfaction initiatives, address concerns, and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Collaborate with Site Engineering, Engineering, PDS, MAC, and OP teams to optimize asset management and resolve work orders
- Contribute to capital budget development and management and support short- and long-term strategic client projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities management
- 2+ years in a director capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Knowledge and expertise of facilities maintenance and operations, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, telecommunications infrastructure, furniture management, and building energy management systems
- Experience managing large facilities maintenance operations and soft services delivery across multiple sites
- Experience in vendor management, contract administration, and lease portfolio oversight
- Experience in expense management, budget development and monitoring, and financial reporting for facilities operations
- Experience in capital planning processes and executing capital improvement projects
- Exceptional customer service orientation and client relationship management
- Organizational, leadership, and team management capabilities
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Preferred: experience managing corporate and manufacturing environments
- Preferred: subtenant relationships and complex lease portfolios
- Preferred: advanced data analysis and data-driven operational insights
- Preferred: familiarity with lease management systems and processes
- Preferred: FMP, CFM, or similar professional certifications
- Preferred: enterprise-level CMMS platforms and system optimization
- Preferred: KPI achievement in multi-site facilities management
