About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations across maintenance, vendors, health and safety, and finance support
  • Deliver a first-class workplace experience, including hospitality for guests and employees, special events, and office supplies management
  • Resolve building services issues covering janitorial services, conference rooms, workstations, and furnishings
  • Coordinate maintenance activities across EMEA and ensure work is completed within agreed SLAs
  • Manage the CMMS by converting external requests into trackable tickets and monitoring them through resolution
  • Conduct regular inspections and safety audits
  • Maintain required records and ensure facilities comply with regulations
  • Embed health and safety responsibilities across the site
  • Monitor contractor performance and develop supplier relationships
  • Support procurement activities
  • Support financial processes, including tracking and purchase order management
  • Deliver projects within client budget
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements
  • Build strong client relationships and meet established KPIs
  • Complete required reporting
  • Bring forward innovations and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven background in facilities management or a related field
  • Proficiency in CMMS systems
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Commitment to compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage colleagues and client staff at all levels
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well-developed organizational skills
