About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Work Dynamics Client Finance Organization as a Financial Analyst for a start-up client account
Complete regular and ad-hoc reporting, including client documents, presentations, graphs, and charts
Maintain data integrity across all deliverables
Generate monthly and quarterly reports
Run day-to-day forecasting activities and enhance reporting frameworks
Conduct Budget versus Actual and Forecast versus Actual spending analyses
Support annual budget planning, preparation, and development
Assist leaders in identifying budget corrections and implementing changes
Organize and maintain team data collection systems
Develop efficient reporting strategies through automation and process simplification
Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps, and financial risks
Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives
Participate in developing best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for financial reporting across the account
Partner with leaders across the organization to deliver financial insights and contribute to client success and JLL's operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
2+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated proficiency in complex financial modeling
Experience supporting start-up or transition client accounts preferred
Familiarity with financial reporting automation tools and technologies preferred
Experience with budget planning and forecasting in a corporate services environment preferred
Demonstrated success in process improvement and cost-savings initiatives preferred
Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed operational level preferred
High level of attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities preferred
Advanced verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal sensitivity preferred
Strong organizational and coordination skills with proven ability to collaborate across multiple organizational levels preferred
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must be able to work remotely from one of the specified U.S. locations
