About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Business Intelligence and Analytics function, client reporting, account technology, and performance support programs
  • Translate client business objectives into information management and business intelligence strategies for each service line
  • Develop data management, interpretation, predictive modelling, and simulation capabilities within the account team
  • Manage contract KPI and reporting requirements and client expectations
  • Promote best-practice exchange between JLL, the account, and the industry
  • Devise and promote creative data visualization
  • Lead the account and client relationship with JLLT
  • Support information security compliance for JLL technology, account, and platform implementations
  • Act as Program Manager for technology-related projects and initiatives
  • Identify savings, improvement opportunities, and problems requiring innovative solutions
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to clients and colleagues
  • Lead performance reviews with clients at functional, leadership, and executive levels
  • Promote the value and success of delivered work to clients
  • Conduct strategic planning at service-line and account levels
  • Design, implement, and manage regional and global KPI and SLA administration programs
  • Collaborate with suppliers, clients, and JLL colleagues to evolve KPI structures
  • Manage and coach people and assist with recruiting, attracting, and retaining talent
  • Interface with senior management, vendors, and JLL staff across a global client real estate organization
  • Participate in quality-control initiatives and procedures
  • Own and support JLL internal reporting deliverables and systems such as Nexus
  • Perform other assigned duties and tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-year degree
  • 5 years relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues pro-actively and formulating solutions and contingency plans
  • Process Management experience or demonstrated skills
  • Results driven – the ability to analyze, act, and implement to ensure we achieve desired results
  • Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills
  • Client relationship management; credibility with senior executive-level client personnel
  • Team-building with geographically dispersed stakeholders and collaborators
  • Flexibility to understand regional, cultural, and contextual differences
  • Experience of extrapolating and visualizing data to derive actionable intelligence
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (Sharepoint, PowerPivot, PowerView)
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Corrigo experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Six Sigma black belt certification a plus
  • MBA or Masters degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related field advantageous
  • Experience working with global organizations
  • Managing processes spanning multiple global regions
  • MiniTab, Sigma Excel, JMP, Access, SAS and other statistical toolsets, SQL and Query Skills are a plus
  • IFMA Certified Facility Manager or similar
