About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a critical team member ensuring project managers and delivery teams operate with maximum efficiency, financial integrity, and compliance
  • Manage financial and documentation segments of technical real estate projects as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for mission-critical program functions
  • Prepare, issue, and monitor vendor work orders with regional project teams
  • Authorize vendor invoices in Corrigo after work completion and validate invoices against Task Order scope and PO amounts
  • Maintain current and accessible Top Line Service Management and Regional Project Delivery task orders
  • Liaise with client and internal teams on programmatic financial and contract management
  • Maintain and enhance playbooks, MOPs, training materials, systems, and group access management
  • Coordinate schedules, site access, and vendor badging
  • Attend weekly remediation sync calls and vendor calls to manage partnerships and track project progress
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies with project delivery teams and service lines
  • Respond to planned and unplanned time-sensitive requests
  • Lead or contribute to financial, operational, and client-facing reports
  • Perform end-to-end project audits, financial reconciliations, and operational reviews
  • Maintain key deliverables and documents for program records
  • Monitor project reporting data sheets for timely updates
  • Document and streamline complex financial and administrative processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required, or equivalent professional certification or extensive related work experience (5+ years) may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in program & project management delivery, financial coordination, or construction/technical administration
  • Proven mastery in managing project budgets, invoicing, purchase orders, and complex financial reconciliation within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards and work order systems such as Corrigo
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to quickly comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex financial or operational documents and solve high-stakes issues with speed and flexibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal partners
  • High degree of accuracy and commitment to data and document integrity
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
