Key responsibilities & impact

Own a single, prioritized, measurable AI efficiency program aligned to jointly agreed JLL/client outcomes
Establish performance baselines and report consolidated ROI across the full account scope
Coordinate and prioritize central AI capabilities and citizen AI activity
Manage citizen AI while mitigating shadow-IT risk, duplicated tooling, and unmanaged data exposure
Decide which AI initiatives enter the roadmap and which are retired
Move ideas from concept through production deployment and measured operational impact
Influence existing operational teams across facilities management, project management, lease administration, transaction management, and occupancy planning
Partner with JLL's technology organization and business-line operational leadership to roll out capabilities programmatically
Operate in a two-in-a-box model with a JLL account team and equivalent client-side counterpart
Align every prioritization decision with the jointly agreed client objective

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in commercial real estate, with direct, working exposure to facilities management, project management, lease administration, transaction management, and occupancy planning
Demonstrated program management at an executive level
Track record of influencing outcomes across teams that do not report to you
Cross-Functional communication bridging technical experiences and non-technical business stakeholders
Working fluency in AI and agentic AI deployment against end-to-end business processes
Proficiency in data literacy, including understanding how data is sourced, cleaned, and checked for quality
Comfort operating in a two-in-a-box structure with joint JLL/client accountability
Process reengineering capability
Continuous improvement discipline (kaizen or equivalent)
Six Sigma / DMAIC or equivalent rigor; Green/Black Belt preferred
AI/ML and cloud tooling fluency relevant to the account's environment
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, or Seattle, WA
