About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the Regional President’s key partner, “second in command,” and proxy for East-region initiatives
  • Develop and drive adoption of region-specific and national protocols and processes
  • Implement end-to-end business processes within the US and improve operational efficiency and service consistency
  • Track regional priorities and translate them into actionable operating plans
  • Execute enterprise and Leasing Advisory transformation initiatives
  • Serve as Chief of Staff for US Regional Leadership, including agenda-setting, minutes, and action-item follow-through
  • Triage operational issues across the region
  • Conduct regular reviews of regional office data, financial metrics, and performance indicators
  • Ensure regional connectivity and accountability through calls, town halls, and meetings
  • Manage regional operations personnel
  • Translate strategic vision into regional operational execution
  • Lead annual strategic planning for all offices in the region
  • Create and approve regional budgets with full P&L responsibility alongside the Regional President
  • Partner on financial plans, goals, anomalies, AR reviews, and cash collection
  • Partner on strategic recruiting and retention, employment agreements, HR/legal matters, promotions, performance reviews, talent development, offboarding, culture, and awards
  • Support regional data and AI initiatives and relay technology and data needs to national leadership
  • Report to the Regional President with a dotted line to the COO, AMR Leasing
