About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with a team to deliver complex healthcare construction projects
- Interact with clients, medical staff, vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Negotiate contracts
- Manage project-related documentation, including compliance requirements
- Track vendor RFPs
- Conduct weekly coordination meetings
- Develop scope and schedules for assigned healthcare projects
- Support delivery of projects involving medical facility standards, infection control protocols, and patient care environment requirements
- Drive client satisfaction through project delivery, teamwork, and relationship development
- Deliver timely, high-quality work that meets project requirements cost-effectively
- Manage minor renovation projects and assist with projects of varying sizes
- Continuously develop skills and adopt new technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience related to healthcare project or construction management
- Commercial healthcare construction project management experience required
- Proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
