About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Onboard new assignments, including data conversion, configuration, and data loading
- Administer systems, including configuration, security management, maintenance, updates, and technical support
- Maintain change management procedures for upgrades, hotfixes, stored procedures, and SQL enhancements, and support control compliance
- Assist with Yardi hardware and software upgrade initiatives through planning, testing, deployment, and validation
- Support development of user training materials and documentation for new system features, reporting, and operational processes
- Stay informed of AI capabilities introduced by application vendors and assess their operational value
- Write custom reports in YSR and SQL
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED
- 3-5+ years of relevant/professional experience related REQUIRED
- Yardi Real Estate Software experience including database schema and international/global configurations REQUIRED
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- 5+ years of relevant/professional experience related PREFERRED
