About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide general assistance and MEP Quantity Surveying to the cost management team
- Deliver pre- and post-contract work for clients
- Typically work on three to four projects at any time across sectors
- Assist with all pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties
- Handle tender analysis and bidding, tender document administration, material taking off and pricing, measurement of works, and valuation of variations
- Prepare cost estimates, extension of time claims, payment and variation certifications, and final account settlements
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers
- Support administrative matters
- Attend site inspections, visits, site meetings, and tender interviews when required
- Develop basic Quantity Surveying skills and experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in quantity surveying or commercial management
- Strong in E&M, construction, interior fit-out, or capital projects
- Proven track record in project experience and QS skill set, preferably E&M QS skill set
- Good understanding of commercial best practices in HK fitting out industry
- Good analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders in a corporate environment
- Based in Hong Kong
- Available to start in Q4 2026
- Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Cost and Procurement Management, or a related field
