About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Carry out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve issues including roofing, door hardware, locks, and window repairs
- Execute carpentry, painting, plastering, floor/ceiling tiling, and minor plumbing tasks
- Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety regulations and contractual SLAs
- Accurately track and report work using mobile devices and CAFM systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in commercial or industrial building fabric maintenance
- A recognized trade qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds) in electrical, gas, carpentry, painting, or a related field is highly advantageous
- Strong multi-trade background (e.g., electrical, plumbing, gas)
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic PC/tablet literacy
- Full UK Driving Licence (for mobile roles)
