About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Track, analyze, and maintain comprehensive space data to develop scenario-based occupancy plans and strategies for client portfolios

  • Reconcile top-down projections with actual seat demand and ensure data accuracy
  • Drive construction projects and planning strategies through facility audits and collaborative implementation support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
  • Ability to consolidate data into polished PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to read, interpret, and work with architectural floor plans and spatial layouts
  • Knowledge of occupancy utilization methodologies
  • Knowledge of office design principles and contemporary workplace trends, including mobile, collaborative, and hybrid environments
