About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide essential health & safety and operational support services to Asset Experience Managers across Royal London managed assets
  • Support Asset Experience Managers in understanding H&S legislation and implementing compliance measures
  • Manage risk actions and maintain risk registers
  • Coordinate statutory compliance activities, inspections, risk assessments, audits and incident reporting
  • Administer the E-Permits system
  • Support expenditure management, invoice approval, debt management and cashflow monitoring
  • Monitor helpdesk activities and response times
  • Coordinate meter readings, quotes, work orders and contract variations
  • Support work orders, contracts, site access and contractor liaison
  • Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and track remedial works
  • Support EPC management, utility and energy matters, sustainability reporting and data collection
  • Maintain property records, compliance registers, documentation, email communications and filing systems
  • Coordinate Teams management and document sharing
  • Support operational reporting, property transitions, handovers, audits and inspections
  • Report to the Asset Experience Services leadership team with matrix support relationships to Asset Experience Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Understanding of H&S legislation applicable to property management
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements for commercial properties
  • Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and risk assessment methodologies
  • Experience with property management software platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Understanding of building services and maintenance operations
  • Knowledge of ISO14001 and quality management systems
  • Awareness of ESG and sustainability requirements in property management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Proactive approach to anticipating team needs and addressing issues
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding safety and compliance matters
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and workload fluctuations
  • Customer service mindset when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
