About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the operations team to meet all SLAs and KPIs under the management contract
Directly manage Engineers, Senior FCs, Finance Admin, and Procurement resources
Oversee vendor procurement, tendering, contract preparation, governance, compliance, and end-to-end performance management
Manage OPEX and CAPEX operations, budget variance analysis, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Lead finance reviews and execute mandatory finance and sourcing/procurement trainings
Plan and implement energy management, waste management, technology services, facilities procedures, and preventive/planned maintenance programs
Maintain service standards, quality improvement programs, regional policies, JLL platforms, internal management systems, and Critical Environment Management requirements
Ensure reactive maintenance, financial management, site field manuals, vendor deliverables, OPSAIDE audits, regulatory compliance, and client-specific audits
Execute property risk management, health and safety, fire safety, environmental, disaster recovery, business continuity, escalation, and incident reporting programs
Develop cost-saving, service-improvement, and value-engineering initiatives
Serve as the primary contact for service response analysis and occupant service request trends
Manage client and business-unit relationships and maximize client satisfaction
Lead monthly SLA/KPI reporting, management reports, semi-annual business reviews, and accurate JLL platform data administration
Ensure facilities training, competency development, leadership, succession planning, business ethics, data privacy, information security, and sustainability training
Foster teamwork, operational excellence, staff morale, trust, and work ethics; act as team leader and coach
Ensure consistent compliance with SLA and KPI targets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
Licensed engineer
Great interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and meet changing client needs and requirements
Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills
Team leadership and line management skills, including delegation
Strong technical comprehension and knowledge in outsourcing services
Knowledge of Critical Environment Management, including clean rooms, data centers, and server rooms
Knowledge of local regulatory laws: LGU, PEZA, DOE, BFP, DOLE-Labor, DOLE-OSH, and DENR
Strong experience in facilities operations, maintenance engineering, administration, and soft services
Strong financial acumen, including budget management and financial analysis
Extensive experience in minor project planning and implementation, and MACs implementation and management
At least 5 years of work experience in a managerial role
At least 12 years of total or combined work experience in IFM, maintenance engineering, property management, construction, or project management
Experience in BPO facilities, large commercial buildings, manufacturing facilities, or hotel back-of-house operations
