Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and help coordinate projects and initiatives related to facility management and engineering
Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with business goals
Implement transformational activities that drive organizational change and improvement
Gather and analyze complex data from various sources to inform decision-making
Translate organizational objectives into actionable plans and tangible results
Manage program scope, schedule, and change to ensure successful delivery
Guide the organization through transformational activities and ensure adoption of new processes or systems
Assess business risks and orchestrate clear, timely stakeholder communication
Establish and maintain governance practices throughout the program lifecycle
Collaborate with the Client, Operational & IFM Lead, and Senior Leadership Team to identify improvements and align projects with business strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to effectively communicate with senior level stakeholders including conflict resolution and negotiation
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including root cause analysis and solution development
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment
Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management, Engineering experience preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in commercial real-estate required
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
