About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the local delivery expert of JLL's global HR strategy
  • Anticipate HR opportunities or issues and develop sustainable solutions
  • Lead or participate in projects that drive business results
  • Support employee groups through business transitions, expansions, and stabilizations
  • Direct employees and managers to AskJLL for transactional HR inquiries
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations centers of excellence
  • Connect the business with the broader HR ecosystem and facilitate warm handoffs to appropriate HR functions
  • Champion HR digital tools including AskJLL, Workday, and MyLearning
  • Enable employee experience across onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, transitions, and offboarding
  • Triage employee relations situations and liaise with the Employee Relations Knowledge Center
  • Cultivate relationships with local employees, managers, and People Partners
  • Provide strategic consultation through coaching, training, and advisory support
  • Partner with managers on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Facilitate local and regional employee events, programs, and learning experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience, with demonstrated HRBP or generalist experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline)
  • Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organization
  • Familiarity with HR service delivery models, including tiered HR support structures such as shared services and centers of excellence
  • Experience working with or within HR technology platforms preferred
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify process gaps and simplify workflows in alignment with the HR operating model
  • Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail
  • Ability to adjust communication styles to varying situations and audiences
  • Skilled at building trust-based relationships with employees, managers, and HR colleagues
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
