About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a local delivery expert for JLL’s global HR strategy
  • Ensure local policies and practices align with the Global HR strategy
  • Anticipate opportunities and issues and develop sustainable root-cause solutions
  • Enable an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, and promotions
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and promotes belonging
  • Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results
  • Manage employee relations and performance management situations with JLL’s Employee Relations team
  • Provide consultation through coaching, training, and advisory support
  • Support employee groups through business transitions, expansions, and stabilization
  • Build trusted relationships with local employees and People Partners
  • Execute HR tasks and drive efficiencies across the employee lifecycle
  • Facilitate local and regional employee events and programs
  • Serve as a local HR professional supporting workforce growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Human Resources experience of 5+ years
  • Experience with Employee Relations, including investigations, claims, and performance management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, such as a BS in human resources, business administration, or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline
  • Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organization
  • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Skilled team player who can communicate thoughts clearly and effectively
  • Strong team management skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Ability to adjust communication styles to varying situations
  • Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail
  • Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with employees and managers
