Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
Proficiency in project management software
Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Professional certification in project management (PMP) preferred
Experience working in a global and matrixed organization preferred
Knowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards preferred
Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in project management preferred
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment preferred
