About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop project-specific and client-driven goals, schedules, and budgets
  • Support project executives on assigned projects and programs
  • Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria
  • Build rapport with client representatives and understand project scope, deliverables, performance standards, and external factors
  • Coordinate client due diligence efforts and maintain appropriate documentation
  • Develop detailed budgets using historical and market data
  • Act as the primary client contact throughout the project
  • Guide clients and teams through design implementation, including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation, and signoff
  • Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule
  • Prepare RFPs for vendor and contractor services
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings
  • Track project performance against schedules and critical path
  • Oversee vendor and project team work for contract and client compliance
  • Identify and address potential liabilities and risks
  • Train and develop JLL team members on firm and client procedures, methodologies, and practices
  • Use and apply PDS technology on assigned projects
  • Comply with JLL policies, procedures, ethics, and business practices
  • Meet client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–7 years of relevant design and construction project management experience
  • Ability to prepare and track budgets
  • Understanding of technical requirements for Commercial Office, Retail, Semiconductor, Logistic, Data Center and Critical Facility
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts is a plus
  • Flexibility with work hours and in-country travel
  • Experience in construction management or real estate preferred
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with executive-level external and internal clients
  • Ability to identify and manage priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work both in a team and independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
