About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently plan, manage, and monitor complex technical projects in Facility Management, taking GMP guidelines and all regulatory requirements into account
- Identify and manage project-related risks and develop appropriate mitigation measures
- Evaluate technical solutions and ensure compatibility with existing systems and equipment
- Conduct technical due diligence for new projects or equipment modifications
- Serve as the technical interface between Facility Management, Production, and Quality Assurance
- Manage interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers
- Support master planning activities
- Participate in audits and inspections conducted by regulatory authorities
- Implement and monitor quality assurance systems in the technical area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field) or comparable vocational training
- Approximately 3 years of professional experience managing complex technical projects
- Knowledge of Facility Management, preferably in GMP-regulated environments
- Experience with qualification and validation processes for technical equipment and systems
- Knowledge of technical building services, including HVAC, cleanroom technology, and energy supply systems
- Strong knowledge of project management
- IPMA, PMI, or comparable certification is an advantage
- Experience with CAFM systems and MS Project or comparable project management tools
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong technical expertise combined with commercial awareness
