About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze complex real estate portfolios, including development opportunities, asset portfolios, and operations for public institutions
  • Evaluate highest and best use, market values, and strategic initiatives
  • Develop financial models and valuations using valuation methodologies, research, industry dynamics, and underwriting metrics
  • Conduct market, comparable transaction, economic, and demographic research
  • Perform due diligence and determine feasibility of real estate strategies
  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations in writing and presentations to internal teams and clients
  • Participate in client engagement activities
  • Support business development through client proposals, pitches, and relationships
  • Monitor and update Salesforce to track client leads and opportunities
  • Assist with team meetings, project databases, and overall team operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in finance, real estate, economics, business, or related field
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly
  • Interest in commercial real estate and public sector advisory
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Permanent US work authorization required
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • No relocation assistance or housing is provided for the internship program
