About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead delivery of exceptional Facilities Management services across designated sites within the Americas real estate portfolio
- Provide operational leadership and foster an ownership-mindset culture
- Lead site-level excellence and achieve a standardized client experience across the portfolio
- Create development and succession plans for the team
- Manage regional budgets and serve as a key contact for client stakeholders
- Collaborate with site teams and cross-functional partners locally and regionally
- Drive regional service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational initiatives
- Analyze regional performance data and implement optimization strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with regional client stakeholders
- Conduct site reviews, present regional analytics, address concerns, and provide performance updates
- Coordinate JLL services using a unified OneJLL approach
- Participate in the One Team collaboration program with Workplace teams and Landlords
- Manage regional vendors and service providers
- Oversee operational budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, variance analysis, savings initiatives, and financial reporting
- Coach and develop regional team members, identify training needs, and support career growth
- Implement enterprise-wide standards and QA/QC processes
- Conduct operational assessments and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations
- Drive contractual requirements and regional goals, including work order metrics and CPI/KPI targets
- Maintain high client satisfaction through performance indicators and satisfaction surveys
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of regional or multi-site IFM experience for financial services or technology-focused clients
- Strong knowledge of CRE facility management methodologies, building systems, maintenance processes, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated operational leadership success implementing standardized processes and ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple sites
- Proven success coaching, developing, and retaining facility operations teams; creating development plans and fostering an empowering culture
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
- Ability to influence outcomes and drive operational improvements
- Solid budget management and forecasting abilities
- Understanding of operational budgeting, cost management, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Experience in vendor management and contract coordination
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in CMMS platforms, BI/analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS Engineering, or related field) preferred
- Certification in facilities management (CFM, FMP, or similar) preferred
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) preferred
