About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the US Sales Enablement team with market research
- Create detailed and short client reports
- Generate relevant prospect client lists
- Execute company- and market-level research projects
- Serve as a point of contact for research support and fulfil stakeholder requirements
- Mentor team members and participate in quality control, grooming and training
- Lead one or more projects and guide scoping, timelines, content and presentations
- Assist with workflow management and work allocation
- Provide input to improve research offerings, content structure and presentation
- Help maintain work ethics and prevent SLA misses
- Improve existing research tools and help develop new automation tools
- Maintain the Intelligence Hub, keeping materials accessible and current while archiving old materials
- Promote team awareness and utilization through internal communication channels
- Work with client and sales teams across the US region
- Conduct quality control checks and guide analysts to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant graduate/post-graduate degree from a reputed institution
- 5+ years of relevant market research and consulting experience
- Real estate industry experience is a bonus
- Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail
- Strong planning, project management and problem resolution skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of Real Capital Analytics, CoStar, Capital IQ, D&B Hoovers, Factiva, PitchBook, and Sales Navigator
- Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of management
- Ability to collect, analyse and present information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work collaboratively and build domain knowledge within the team
- Ability to work the afternoon shift from 1 PM to 10 PM IST
