About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare potential analyses for securing building rights, as well as utilization and revitalization concepts
  • Support and help shape projects from the initiation phase onward
  • Independently manage new-build and refurbishment projects across office, hotel, residential, and/or industrial sectors
  • Lead the planning, procurement, construction, and handover phases as project manager and client representative
  • Monitor cost and schedule targets and ensure the required quality standards
  • Maintain relationships with investors, owners, and users

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in planning/building rights acquisition, construction and project management, and/or real estate project development
  • Extensive experience organizing, preparing, and delivering construction projects across various asset classes
  • Good knowledge of applicable regulations, including HOAI and VOB, as well as DIN standards
  • Experience using cost and schedule control software, such as MS Project, iTWO, and Coor
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Interest in independently developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong initiative and commitment to quality
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, together with a strong service orientation
