About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead change management across marketing’s active change portfolio, including AI tool and agent rollouts, process changes, operating model shifts, and organizational transitions
  • Prioritize and sequence change initiatives against team capacity and the business calendar
  • Apply structured change frameworks to scope impact, plan enablement, and track adoption
  • Identify and flag change risks involving sponsorship, readiness, or reinforcement
  • Lead change management for AI tool and agent adoption, including pilot rollouts and scaled deployments
  • Build and maintain change frameworks and enablement patterns for introducing AI capabilities to marketing teams
  • Plan and facilitate recurring AI-focused forums, such as quarterly marketing-wide AI update calls
  • Manage relationships with senior marketing stakeholders, including the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team
  • Draft executive-level communications on transformation initiatives, tooling decisions, and program updates
  • Build branded enablement materials, including decks, talk tracks, session recaps, and training content
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Internal Communications lead on beta invites, rollout communications, leadership updates, and post-session recaps
  • Adapt communication and training approaches to different types of change
  • Work closely with SMEs, process owners, and pilot representatives across marketing
  • Partner with project and delivery teams to shape timelines and readiness plans
  • Lead and coordinate an offshore Change Management specialist in India
  • Report to the Head of Marketing Data & AI and work with an offshore instructional designer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years proven experience in change management across a range of change types, including technology rollouts, process change, and organizational change
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort operating with senior/executive audiences
  • Excellent written communication, able to write clearly and directly without relying on corporate jargon or overstatement
  • Experience designing and building structured enablement or training materials
  • Ability to run multiple concurrent change initiatives of varying size and adapt approach accordingly
  • Comfort working with ambiguity, particularly around emerging AI/agentic tools where processes are still being defined
  • Familiarity with a change management framework such as ADKAR/Prosci or a comparable structured model
  • Experience leading change within marketing and marketing technology is desirable
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Fixed-term contract availability for 16 months
