About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set the vision and strategy for the North/South America account plan
- Develop multi-year transaction roadmaps anticipating real estate needs
- Set prioritization frameworks, deal pursuit criteria, and execution timelines
- Run financial analysis on transaction alternatives, including lease-vs-buy decisions and term optimization
- Build business cases incorporating occupancy cost, benchmarking, and risk
- Serve as single point of contact for Transaction Management service delivery and escalations
- Translate client requirements and transaction strategy into actionable objectives
- Own Transaction Management contractual obligations
- Manage key client stakeholder relationships
- Develop and implement the account business plan
- Align team priorities with client business drivers
- Attract, hire, and retain talent; coach and provide feedback
- Personally engage on high-priority or complex transactions as a player-coach
- Own account financial targets, including revenue, expenses, and debtors
- Design growth strategy and identify cross-sell opportunities for JLL products
- Track fee collection and accounts receivable
- Ensure contract adherence and achievement of KPIs and service levels
- Run change control and manage account governance
- Manage delivery resources, recruitment, and performance assessment
- Oversee direct reports' professional development and succession planning
- Drive adoption of technology systems and reporting
- Build and maintain SOPs
- Drive consistency in governance, reporting, and systems across North and South America
- Prepare QBRs and support Lease Administration and PDS teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in Transaction Management or Corporate Leasing
- Track record building portfolio strategy and multi-year transaction roadmaps; upstream planning exposure a plus
- Experience managing multi-country account structures across North and South America
- Strong financial modeling skills, including lease-vs-buy analysis and business case development
- Experience in a fast-paced, technology, or high-growth client environment preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in Real Estate and/or Finance advantageous
- Comfortable owning account P&Ls
- Deep understanding of JLL's TM process and its impact on service delivery (SOW)
- Agility and comfort operating at the speed expected in a technology client environment
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution across a multi-region, integrated account
- Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively
- Ability to connect technical matters with financial, risk, and operational impact
- Superior client relationship skills; comfortable addressing challenging issues
- Strong communicator with executive presence
- Able to work independently across time zones and geographies while remaining a strong team player
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
