About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead comprehensive facility operations for complex commercial real estate portfolios
  • Ensure optimal building performance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Provide strategic oversight of building systems, vendor relationships, and multi-site facility operations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Manage critical infrastructure and coordinate maintenance programs
  • Lead facility teams to deliver property management services
  • Manage relationships, processes, people, compliance, and budgets for large/complex or multiple sites
  • Oversee team culture of safety, customer service, compliance, and quality
  • Oversee capital and operating budget development, management, and client financial reporting
  • Develop workflows to meet SLAs and ensure operational compliance
  • Integrate with engineering to ensure SLAs and monitor capacity
  • Work with supply chain to identify quality, innovation, and cost improvement opportunities
  • Lead the Experience Clean Supplier Partnership program, including governance and scorecard review
  • Manage teams and ensure training and performance reviews are completed
  • Support and manage operational expense budgets and ensure budget targets are met
  • Set team communications protocols and focus on client service and experience
  • Implement innovative site-level programs, processes, and procedures to reduce operating costs and increase productivity
  • Participate in and redeploy innovations from JLL and account innovation programs
  • Demonstrate JLL innovation efforts to the client

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive facilities management experience in commercial real estate environments
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Business acumen including financial planning and analysis
  • Must be able to manage within budget and time constraints
  • Ability to matrix manage technical and administrative staff
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) designation preferred
