About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement occupancy and workplace strategies supporting current and future business needs
- Partner with leadership to assess space demand, workforce trends, and organizational growth plans
- Create occupancy plans, block and stack scenarios, capacity analyses, and space allocation recommendations
- Manage relocations, consolidations, renovations, restacks, and organizational moves
- Audit and maintain space, occupancy, utilization, and headcount data for accurate reporting
- Analyze portfolio performance to optimize utilization, reduce costs, and improve employee experience
- Lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate planning discussions, and present recommendations to leadership
- Coordinate move planning, migration schedules, and occupancy transitions with project teams
- Develop reports, dashboards, and executive presentations communicating occupancy metrics and planning insights
- Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, standards, and workplace programs
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on occupancy planning best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to develop and implement occupancy and workplace strategies
- Ability to assess space demand, workforce trends, and organizational growth plans
- Experience creating occupancy plans, block and stack scenarios, capacity analyses, and space allocation recommendations
