About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and deliver complex construction and real estate projects from start to finish
- Develop project scope documents and schedules aligned with client objectives and budgets
- Oversee execution through construction completion
- Coordinate between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Manage relationships, resolve conflicts, and develop strong client partnerships
- Manage large projects with attention to detail
- Track budgets and cashflow
- Coordinate vendor RFPs
- Oversee general contractor activities
- Negotiate favorable terms
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and financial tracking
- Develop people and apply new technology to drive change
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant project management or construction management experience
- Proven ability to prepare, track, and manage project budgets effectively
- Strong understanding of technical requirements for business relocations and construction projects
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact confidently at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with project management software including MS Project and Procore
- Valid driver's license
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Direct experience in commercial real estate or corporate construction management
- Accounting and forecasting experience
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture specifications, and space planning
- Track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility with work hours and willingness to travel as projects require
