About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full lifecycle of furniture projects, including redensifications, seat utilizations, re-sets, decommissions, and new furniture procurement
- Maintain project schedules and budgets with regular updates and accurate tracking
- Coordinate site logistics and onsite activities for defined scopes of work
- Manage project closeout activities, including O&M package creation, review, and client submission
- Respond to client requests within 24 hours
- Conduct inventory intake for existing and new locations within the assigned region
- Perform comprehensive after-hours site assessments twice yearly for hubs and once yearly for spokes
- Prepare assessment reports with recommendations for replacement or repair
- Manage warehouse inventory and coordinate asset deployment across regions
- Process offboarding of decommissioned locations and associated assets
- Collaborate with JLL Designer on final design documentation and as-built updates
- Process approved bills of material for order entry when applicable
- Issue project status reports and maintain decision logs, approval logs, and project minutes
- Participate in weekly regional team meetings
- Coordinate with internal team members, JLL Designer, Project Coordinator, and Program Lead
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field preferred
- 4-6 years of project management experience in furniture, interior design, or construction
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across diverse locations
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of furniture procurement, installation, and project lifecycle management
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and asset tracking
- Ability to read and interpret design documentation and bills of material
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Client-focused mindset with commitment to responsive service
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
