About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders with optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies
Deliver supplier and operational improvements while leading and executing strategic initiatives
Provide support, instruction, and follow-up to operations teams on RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes
Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services
Liaise between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management
Ensure contractual terms and conditions receive formal legal and risk management review and approval
Assist the Sourcing Leader with work priorities and complete deliverables on time
Resolve issues with operations teams, temporary help, and project-specific personnel
Provide analysis and compliance reporting to the Sourcing Lead
Identify risks, actions, and compliance gaps between procurement and work order systems
Complete system audits to ensure KPI reporting accuracy
Ensure compensation rates in Work Order systems align with service agreements
Update rates according to contractual increases and service level changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of strategic sourcing experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong analytical ability
Proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in a decentralized environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
