About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders by optimizing JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies
Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence
Identify and lead strategic initiatives with field resources
Process vendor creation and updates
Analyze and report vendor spend, trends, and strategy
Execute RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs according to client needs
Serve as a subject matter expert in JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management
Negotiate pricing structures and employee wages, including Union Wage Contracts
Analyze large datasets using Excel and other technology
Collaborate with clients and JLL teams to drive immediate and sustained benefits
Conduct periodic market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders
Implement and coordinate regional and national programs
Manage RFP processes, including scope and price negotiations with partners
Perform complete RFP processes for indirect procurement categories and present to account teams and clients
Ensure compliance with JLL policies, procedures, and risk management programs
Support diversity programs and participate in supplier performance review meetings
Contract the contract process from start to finish in all JLL and client systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
3+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in contract management and vendor relationship management
Experience with RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes and execution
Strong analytical ability and proven leadership in decentralized environments
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel for data analytics
Experience in project management and business transitions
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred
Advanced skills in data analytics and Excel preferred
Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP procurement modules preferred
Experience with CMMS systems preferred
Experience with e-commerce procurement initiatives preferred
Knowledge of supplier relationship management and performance programs preferred
Familiarity with diversity supplier programs preferred
Experience conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with partners preferred
