About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholders on optimization of JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies
Deliver market, supplier and operational intelligence for services operations
Identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives
Support JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management
Build and implement standardized and efficient sourcing processes
Develop sourcing plans focused on cost savings, supplier consolidation, sustainability and supplier diversity
Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained benefits
Lead sourcing functions including supplier due diligence, RFPs/bids and transition to operations
Provide status updates and communication to Supply Chain and business stakeholders
Support operations teams with RFP/bid, contracting, supplier onboarding and operational processes
Help lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers
Support supplier relationship and performance programs
Ensure compliance with sourcing, contracting, risk management and ethics policies
Maintain data integrity and required documentation in systems
Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual terms and approvals
Support diversity programs and mentor/educate suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories (e.g. facility services, highly desired)
Strong interpersonal, organization and analytical skills
Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering results in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and communicate professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with procurement and work order systems (e.g. Jaggaer, Ariba, Corrigo) highly desired
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
