About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of up to 5-7 Project Managers with responsibility for project delivery and professional career development
  • Oversee and/or prepare accurate monthly cash flow forecast projections for the assigned region and associated client operating units
  • Assist the Regional Delivery Manager in managing Capital Plan project releases to adhere to CPI/KPI performance
  • Manage vendors, including GCs, A&E, security, and signage, to ensure compliance with project policies and procedures
  • Lead project teams consisting of architects, design engineers, general and specialty contractors, and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects directly or through the team at various phases and locations
  • Provide monthly project activity updates to the Regional Delivery Manager via account tools
  • Collaborate with regional JLL peers to identify and address regional risk
  • Support the annual Capital Planning cycle through resource review, project validation, and estimates
  • Hold the team accountable to JLL and client expectations through regular touch points

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years as a Project Manager or similar role
  • Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
  • Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders
  • Firm knowledge of construction, architecture or commercial real estate industry
  • Organizational and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
