About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and execute responsibilities within the Relocation Project Management workstream
  • Oversee and develop a team of relocation project managers and coordinators throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead, mentor, and manage relocation project managers across the client portfolio
  • Manage all project activities on assigned accounts and projects
  • Delegate responsibilities and oversee multiple projects of varying complexity
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, implementation, scope, budgets, quality plans, operations manuals, and project reporting
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings and participate in planning and project meetings
  • Review project goals, objectives, project plans, budgets, status reports, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Address out-of-scope items, initiate change orders, and manage project risks and liabilities
  • Prepare RFPs and oversee procurement and performance of vendors, contractors, suppliers, and outside labor
  • Oversee supporting suppliers including technology, telephony, and furniture
  • Maintain occupancy information through CAFM system data input
  • Oversee work orders and small projects such as furniture reconfigurations and space enhancements
  • Coordinate implementation dates with service providers and determine pricing for non-baseline work
  • Attract, retain, develop, and manage team members; recommend talent actions and conduct bi-annual reviews
  • Sponsor knowledge-improvement activities and team idea streams
  • Participate in industry, networking, and educational events and represent JLL's core business
  • Partner with business line leaders on account and market growth budgets
  • Implement product-line strategy and initiatives and act as a sales subject matter expert
  • Support case studies, cost savings, business intelligence data, value-adds, marketing content, metrics, and product guidelines
  • Optimize relocation project management processes and people to reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Comply with JLL policies and procedures, including time and expenses, ethics, and business practices
  • Perform any other duties and tasks assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficient in FM: Systems move management module and/or facilities management system
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong Microsoft Projects skills
  • Ability to utilize the Microsoft Office suite of technologies
  • Proficient in Corrigo
  • Has successfully managed relocations involving over 200 employees
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Willingness to lead, mentor, and manage relocation project managers and coordinators
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity
  • Ability to oversee project scope, budgets, vendors, suppliers, procurement, quality, risks, and reporting
