About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Write clear, concise, and technical documents, including SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and develop accurate, comprehensive documentation
  • Manage and organize the documentation workflow, ensuring documents are updated and approved in a timely manner
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all documents
  • Learn in-depth mechanical and electrical theories and systems
  • Perform inventory work
  • Provide backup support to other Critical Environments Operations Coordinators
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years’ experience in technical writing, English, or related field
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and SharePoint as well as Google Suite
  • Experience writing technical documents, including SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs for a variety of industries
  • Strong organizational and project manager skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Hyperscale Data Center or industrial experience a plus
  • Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience a plus
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
