About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver Real Estate Transaction Management services and functions to the allocated client property portfolio
  • Manage allocated portfolio critical dates and key lease events end-to-end
  • Negotiate new and renewed leases, licences, and other use agreements
  • Manage market rent reviews with clients, landlords, representatives, and valuers
  • Manage make-good negotiations and formal settlements
  • Conduct end-to-end market searches and provide recommendations and market presentations
  • Maintain and update client Occupancy Agreements
  • Provide property market insight for client reports, presentations, and dashboards
  • Follow client approval procedures, maintain confidentiality, and preserve audit trails
  • Prepare and execute leases, renewal documents, option letters, licences, and other agreements
  • Maintain comprehensive transactional records
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships and regular meetings
  • Deliver operational, client, and customer agency service excellence
  • Work with Government to improve operational efficiency in properties occupied by client agencies
  • Manage conflicts of interest according to JLL and client processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in property transactions and associated services with a track record
  • Preferred (or working towards) tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
  • Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
  • Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance and/or any additional associated Entity clearances
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Ability to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently within tight operational deadlines
  • Goal oriented and focused on meeting performance targets
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
