About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform industrial machine cleaning, including pump out and honing of machinery, machine filter changes, and proper disposal of production waste
- Operate floor scrubbers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and industrial vacuum systems
- Assist the Facility Manager with carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general cleaning
- Collect and dispose of production waste, machine chips, filters, and recycling materials according to site and environmental requirements
- Support parts and maintenance inventory supplies for Facilities, Maintenance, and Production Departments
- Maintain safe and clean work environments by following workplace organization standards and safety procedures
- Execute facility-specific assistance and general facilities support as requested by the Facility Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, warehouse operations, or production support environments
- Demonstrated experience operating forklifts and other mobile equipment with proper safety protocols
- Knowledge and ability to comply with facility standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25+ pounds and perform extended periods of bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
- Superior customer service skills with ability to maintain professionalism during stressful situations
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
