About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deeply understand the B2B product, employer user journey, and key business processes
- Analyze product funnels, conversion, retention, churn, cohorts, monetization, and user behavior
- Build and maintain a product metrics system
- Help product teams distinguish symptoms from underlying problems and formulate analytical questions
- Assess the potential impact of product initiatives and product changes on users and the business
- Plan and analyze A/B tests, including metrics, sample size, statistical significance, and result interpretation
- Conduct complex ad-hoc and exploratory research
- Build and maintain dashboards for monitoring key metrics
- Monitor data quality and consistency and investigate metric discrepancies
- Collaborate with Data Engineering / DWH teams on data structure and accessibility
- Automate recurring analytics and reduce manual queries
- Turn research results into clear data storytelling
- Proactively identify problems and growth opportunities that may influence the product roadmap
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst
- Confident SQL proficiency
- Experience working with large volumes of data
- Understanding of product metrics and principles for building a metrics system
- Practical experience analyzing funnels, retention, cohorts, and user behavior
- Understanding of statistics and A/B testing principles
- Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalents
- Ability to work with ambiguous tasks and independently determine an analysis approach
- Ability to communicate results to Product Managers and other stakeholders
- English at Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate level or higher
