About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and support a proportion of the Consumer Centric portfolio of applications across the Americas Region
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvements for existing solutions
  • Find and reuse existing JTI solutions with required Consumer Centric capabilities
  • Act as program manager for rolling out systems to multiple markets in the region
  • Collaborate with other regions to gain knowledge and accelerate solution delivery
  • Explore capabilities with regional teams to maximize technology synergies and reuse
  • Use Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio to deliver simple, short-term capabilities
  • Maintain knowledge of tools, functionalities, and API integrations
  • Optimize data transfer processes across key JTI systems and enhance user experience
  • Provide business users with support and training/development in business systems, software, and hardware
  • Ensure applications and solutions are stable, reliable, and compliant with local legislation
  • Manage application portfolio operations, including incident management, maintenance, enhancements, change requests, problems, demands, and project execution
  • Accelerate adoption of AI-driven capabilities and digital solutions across the region
  • Drive development and adoption of consumer data ecosystems, including registration, retention, listening, and consumer insight programs
  • Manage budgets for applications and services, controlling costs and improving regional budget efficiency
  • Work with market teams to identify trends, business-model opportunities, and operational efficiencies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years’ experience in the IT discipline
  • 1+ year in IT Management of Business Solutions/Application teams, including people management where relevant
  • Preferred background of employment experience in multinational companies
  • Good working knowledge of business and related processes in the FMCG industry
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in at least 2 of the following technologies: Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate); IaaS and SaaS Platforms for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management Systems; Microsoft Data Lake and Data Warehouse technologies; Loyalty Systems and Marketing Automation Tools
  • Business requirements analysis and process documentation
  • Solutions design proposal and architecture, including application design methodology, Agile methodology, interface design, capacity planning, and scalability
  • Good financial and budgetary understanding
  • Project management experience with medium to large-scale projects
  • Experience in vendor management
