About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the high-velocity, high-volume Jump Help Desk through Intercom
- Respond quickly and professionally to financial advisors’ questions, issues, and requests
- Track pending customer issues and keep customers updated on their status
- Debug and resolve customer issues during live Zoom calls
- Deliver positive, customer-focused interactions
- Develop deep expertise in Jump and educate users on its features
- Record customer feature requests and recurring issues for product and engineering teams
- Help establish Jump as a trusted category leader
- Contribute to building an exceptional workplace
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree required
- High-performing student in high school and college
- Helpful if you have 1–5 years of professional experience, preferably in a customer-facing technology role; new college graduates are also considered
- Top-5% writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and work quickly and independently
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Professional and personable relationship builder
- Comfortable using technical interfaces and thinking methodically about technical issues
- No programming, math, or AI knowledge required
- Excitement about working at an early-stage technology company
- Interest in helping financial advisors leverage AI
- Must be a resident of the United States
- Able to commute to Jump’s office in Draper, Utah, for the primarily in-person role
- Able to attend an in-person interview in Draper, Utah if selected
- Must answer whether employment-visa sponsorship will be required
